Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change based on actual site conditions, material costs, or scope changes discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, we may need to provide an updated quote to account for material cost changes or scheduling availability.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. We accept various payment methods including check, cash, and credit card.

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. Any outstanding balances over 30 days may incur additional fees.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion timelines for all projects. While we work hard to meet these dates, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, or unforeseen site conditions.

You will be kept informed of any delays or timeline changes throughout your project. We appreciate your understanding that outdoor construction is subject to factors beyond our control.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Labor warranties are provided on all new construction projects. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and terms vary by product.

Our warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others. Warranty details will be provided in writing with your project contract.

Permits and Compliance

We will advise you on permit requirements for your project. In most cases, we can handle permit applications on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that any work done complies with local HOA requirements or property restrictions.

Permit fees are not included in our standard quotes unless specifically stated. Any delays caused by permit processing or regulatory requirements are beyond our control.

Liability and Insurance

Artisan Outdoor Smyrna Decks carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We take safety seriously and follow industry best practices on all job sites.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, damage to landscaping in the immediate work area, or pre-existing structural issues that were not disclosed or discoverable during our initial assessment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before any materials are ordered or work begins may receive a full refund of deposits, minus any administrative fees.

Once materials have been ordered or work has begun, deposits are non-refundable, though they may be applied to future services within one year of the original project date.
